Cyber Strategy Research and Analysis

  • Research current and past technology developments, industry trends and innovations to assess their applicability for our clients.

Develop and Review Client Requirements

  • Documentation review of existing security policies, procedures and guideline for various Government of Canada (GoC) clients.

  • Architect integrated solutions by building and configuring one or multi-product solutions that meet specific cyber security strategic and tactical objectives.
  • Design test plans and verification strategy documentation for the project.
  • Develop an IT security end user and administration training manuals.

Develop Reports and Documentations

  • Produce different documentation for any new or existing security project life cycle.
  • Produce documentation on data security analysis, concepts of operation, statements of sensitivity, threat assessments, privacy impact assessments, Non-technical Vulnerability Assessments, risk assessments, IT Security threat, vulnerability and/or risk briefings
